West Gate Commercial Development

Project scope consisted of the conversion of a former office complex into a new commercial development including a 70,000 sf retail/commercial building, 35,000 sf medical office building, new Wawa and Chic-Fil-A. Tenants include Chesterbrook Academy, Sola Salon, Jefferson Health, Remix Fitness, AT&T, and Copper Crow. Services included design and 3D renderings for the entire projects, and construction documentation, and construction administration for the retail/commercial buildings and streetscape/site signage along with tenant work for the Copper Crow and REMIX Fitness.
